By using HiHey! you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts

• Accounts are invite only. Keep your username and password to yourself.
• You are responsible for everything published from your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put on your page. You give us only the permission needed to store your content and serve your page to visitors. You confirm you have the rights to the text, images, audio and links you publish.

What is not allowed

• Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.
• Harassment, hate, threats, or sexual content involving minors.
• Malware, phishing, scams, or misleading links.
• Spam, automated abuse, or attempts to break or overload the service.
• Impersonating another person or brand.

We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, usually after a heads-up unless the issue is serious or urgent.

Free, and provided as is

HiHey! is free and has no paid tier. That also means it is provided "as is", without warranties: we cannot promise uninterrupted uptime, and we are not liable for losses arising from use of the service, to the extent the law allows. You can stop using it, unpublish your page, or ask us to delete your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Meaningful changes will be reflected in the date above.
